The Pinefield Civic Association (PCA) is a voluntary organization whose goal is to promote and protect the best interests of the people who live within the community. The intent is to instill a sense of friendship, understanding, and goodwill among all.
The Pinefield Civic Association (PCA) is a voluntary organization whose goal is to promote and protect the best interests of the people who live within the community. The intent is to instill a sense of friendship, understanding, and goodwill among all.
The association is coordinated by a board of directors, headed by a president and elected annually. The board actively promotes the interests of the community to county, state, and federal government representatives in an effort to promote the improvement and betterment of all public facilities and services. The board receives no salary for their service.

The PCA is funded entirely by voluntary dues and donations, with all proceeds used for:

- Monthly Electric Bill for 40 Streetlights
- Community Beautification Days
- Movie Nights at the Park
- Monthly Meetings Expenses
- National Night Out
- Annual Easter Egg Hunt
- Neighborhood Improvements
- Dumpster Day
